After talking about Britney's transformation back to her pre-baby bod, I have the idea of transformation on the brain. Convenient that my next post is about Kristin Cavallari, who seems to be transforming into Barbie! From the golden tan to the flowing bleach-blonde locks to the pink dress and gold hoop jewelry, Kristin is one blonde-haired boyfriend away from a complete metamorphosis.

Ex "Laguna Beach"-er Kristin Cavallari is still popping up for public appearances and such, as she stepped out in Los Angeles on March 31 in a black dress with a gold clutch and quartz necklace. Not satisfied to drift off into the ex-reality star region of oblivion, Kristin seemed pretty stoked to be recognized by an E! employee recently in Runyon Canyon. Seen walking her new puppy, E! Online is reporting that Kristin "was casual in a ponytail, wife-beater, black pants and big shades. She almost seemed glad that I semi-recognized her, for the record. Life after reality TV and a canceled show is a bitch, huh, babe?" Ouch! At least Kristin's feature film, Fingerprints, is set to be released soon, maybe that will cause a much-needed boost in her fanclub registration!

Ex "Laguna Beach"-er and famous for I'm not exactly what, Kristin Cavallari hosted the opening of the Lucky Strike Lanes on March 15, for a night of disco bowling, munching on mini-burgers, sipping on gourmet cocktails and DJ Hollywood spinning mash ups. When Kristin arrived at the event, wearing a white mini-dress with a long gold chain necklace and smaller gold key necklace, sources say that the paparazzi's flashbulbs added a strobe-like effect to the dance club atmosphere of the bowling alley. Hey, Kristin can't live off of those "Laguna" royalties forever, girl's got to make a buck, and hosting bowling parties may be the only way possible!

Back in December, Kristin attended the launch of VW's Tiguan, wearing dark skinnies tucked into black boots, a v-neck sweater and a black bag, with a black CC Skye bracelet and Alexander McQueen skull scarf. She is definitely playing into all of the trends of the moment, I would love to see Kristin start to create her own style, instead of following other's footsteps.

It's a good thing that Kristin Cavallari is going down the more positive Hollywood route, as opposed to some of her former "Laguna Beach" cast members. Laguna Beach bad boy Jason Wahler was recently arrested for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, and then even tried to bribe to cops to let him go! While Jason's obviously not the smartest cookie, Kristin looks absolutely adorable on a night out to hotspot Hyde on September 3, wearing a basic tank, like our Three Dots Supima Tank. Kristin's dark wash, super tapered jeans fit perfectly over her black pumps, so if you want jeans like Kristin's, go with our Joe's Jeans Chelsea Jean in Cocoa. And I don't know how much of the "Hills: Season 2" talk that I've been hearing is true, but I think it's time to put Kristin back on TV with her own reality show.
