Britney Spears spent the night of April 29 with a man, and no I don't mean with Sean Preston! Brit was spotted with singer Howie Day (who she allegedly met and fell for during her stint in rehab) dining at one of her favorite restaurants, The Bridge. The duo then hit up hotspot Teddy's to do some dancing, and then both headed back to Britney's place for a nightcap. Wearing a long-sleeved lacey cutout dress (Walter's Mod Dress is in the same vein as Brit's; Sofira also makes a similar top) with those eternally-on-her-feet cowboy boots and her good old reliable wig/hat combo, Britney was smiling nonstop.

As Britney Spears headed in, and then out, of the Millennium Dance Complex in Hollywood on April 23, she let the whole world know that her to-die-for abs will be making a return to the spotlight very soon. While Britney's body looks better than it has in ages, her fashion choices yet again leave me a little discombobulated. The holey fishnets, the tacky boots, the fraying mini (for the ultimate in denim minis, however, check out Deener's Mixer Mini Skirt), the teeny tiny top.. this is just not an outfit combination I can condone. While I totally understand how Brit is dying to wear skimpy clothes again to show off all of the hard work she's been doing in the dance studio (and not due to those lipo shots, thank you very much), there is a HUGE difference between sexy and downright skanky.

Sportin' the fur capelet that she rocked out to in her 2005 music video for "Do Somethin'", it seems like Britney wants to prove that she's still got it by wearing things she wore two years ago! The rest of her outfit (sans cowboy hat, but there's some things that we just have to accept that we can not change) isn't as bad, as Brit wore cuffed dark jeans with her slouchy grey boots, a sheer tank and gold bracelets. I think I love this little routine that Brit's got going on, dancing up a storm (and reportedly doing her 3,000 crunches a day again) at the Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood.

While still not perfect (I feel like with every outfit she wears there's just something off), she's still slowly improving. In jeans tucked into grey boots and a white button down (like our Raw 7 white skull blouse) under a black sweatervest, Britney shows off her increasingly svelte figure. Brit has been working hard at her post-rehab bod, and Robert Baker of the Millennium Dance Complex in Hollywood where Britney has been dancing up a storm says that the lipo rumors are totally false, and that "She's got an amazing metabolism. When she puts her mind to it, she can transform pretty easily." Like I always say, keep the transformation coming!

When Britney Spears stepped out at the Beverly Glen Center in Bel Air for the third night in a row on April 15, she definitely turned some heads. Clad in a white tunic dress (Cake Couture's Tiered Dress is similar) with her everpresent cowboy hat and sunglasses, I have to say Brit's style is improving (if only very slightly) lately. Hollywood is abuzz lately about Britney's recent confession to one lucky X17 cameraman, where she said in a sarcastic, Valley-Girl voice how basically the world is being so nice to her and everyone should believe everything they read. Hmm… maybe Brit is a little smarter than we all think. Or maybe, she's just guided by the right people.
