Mary Kate Olsen must be getting pretty excited about her upcoming role on the show “Weeds”, because her public sightings are going through the roof lately! Seen running errands with her boo, Max Snow, on May 19, she also appeared to be going on a walk not with her dog, but with her bag! Wearing a black tank under a fur vest (wasn’t she hot in LA??) with dark grey skinnies (True Religion’s Stella Big T’s are similar) with those monster Balenciaga shoes and a gold cuff, what really stole spotlight was MK’s favorite bag du jour, a fringy beast that looks like it should be on a leash!

Lauren Conrad hit the streets of New York on May 17 for a photo shoot for Avon’s line of cosmetics named Mark, looking cute and girl-next-door-ish as ever. Dressed in a funny little hat and scarf over a long sleeve white tee and denim mini (like Deener’s Mixer Mini), Lauren went for her usual simple yet stylish look. Lauren is also so responsible, saying how she realizes that she has sort of become a role model to little girls all over. Lauren says that “when fans come up to me, a lot of them are little girls and that’s a really good reminder that I am responsible for what kids are looking up to. You don’t want some of your behavior - that may be acceptable for a 21 year old - to been seen as cool by younger girls.” Amen!

Ashlee Simpson was spotted leaving the boutique Tracey Ross on May 5, and her style was kind of starting to look like her pre-plastic surgery days, as crazy as that is to believe! Wearing a striped tee (Signorelli and IISLI make similar tees, take your pick) with knee length black shorts, Vans sneakers and black Wayfarers, Ashlee incorporated a little bit of that edgy-ish style she used to be known for. Someone who might not like Ashlee’s style right now, or even Ashlee period, is older sister Jessica. Star Magazine is reporting (remember the source here, people) that Jessica and Ashlee are having a downright girl-fight! A “source” at Star says that “there’s certainly a sibling rivalry between them.”

As Reese Witherspoon walked around Beverly Hills on May 15 with her hands in her pockets and a little grin on her face, it looked like she was just bummin' around town, not gonna lie! Wearing a v-neck sweater with the sleeves rolled up (like ParkVogel's V-Neck Top) over a black tee and with straight leg jeans (James Jeans' 5 Pocket Straight Leg in T3 is similar) and black shades, Reese looked like she didn't have a care in the world, when she definitely did! Reese is getting ready to face off against ex-hubby Ryan Phillippe in a custody battle in which she is asking for primary custody of her two little ones, Deacon and Ava.
