Since Lindsay completed her 30 day stay in rehab, she's been seen running errands, shopping, and yes, she's also been going out too. Before going back down Blonde Avenue, Lindsay hit up the Dior store on Rodeo on March 6, wearing Deener's Sloucher Shorts with an embroidered tunic and Lanvin flats. But was she wearing her new dog tags under this super-stylish ensemble? In Touch Weekly is reporting that Lindsay dropped $12g on custom-made platinum and diamond dog tags with the date "01-17-7", which is the day she checked into rehab. The mag says a friend of Lohan's stated how that date symbolized "the first day of the rest of her life." Hearing stories like this just make my heart melt, I love a good "troubled starlet turning her life around" tale.

Cutie Rachel Bilson headed over to Los Feliz on March 8 for an appointment at a casting office, followed up with a couple of smoothies from Pinkberry. They would have to be crazy not to hire her, unless the role was for, you know, an unattractive woman with absolutely no charm. Looking professional in navy slacks, brown sunglasses and a sheer blue blouse, it seems that Rachel is pretty fond of this particular top, because it was definitely not the first time she has worn it! This is one of the reason's why she seems so down to earth, because like me (and I'm sure like you too), when Rachel has an item of clothing she loves, she'll wear it more than once.

One thing that everyone already knows is that Ash and her twin sis Mary Kate have money in the bank, and now Forbes is telling us what we already know. The mag just named the ubertwins as the No. 1 Top Earning Stars Under 21 in Hollywood, which did not really come as quite a shock. Their production company, Dualstar, banked a cool $40 mill last year, which isn't too shabby. The girls better appreciate this ranking, because it is the last year they're eligible for the title.. they turn 21 on June 13. Where does the time go?

Hilary Duff was seen heading into Nobu in London on March 5, as she is in the UK promoting her new album, Dignity. Wearing ink J Brands with a white cami and cool leather jacket with thumbholes, Hilary is getting more gorgeous as the days progress! Although the title of her album is Dignity, it seems like she's getting a little catty on the title track. " Where's your dignity? I think you lost it in the Hollywood Hills. Can't buy respect but you can pick up that bill," Hil sings, obviously lashing out against Nicole Richie, who is dating her ex-boyfriend Joel Madden. In the track "Gypsy Woman", Hil sings that " She lets you think that you found her first / That's how she works her sick and twisted gypsy curse / Talks with a grin 'cause she's got no shame / Enjoy the fame, bringing down the family name". Hmmm… might that family name be Richie? Just wondering.

Personally, I am excited to see Lindsay trying her blonde shade out again. Although many disagree with me, I thought blonde flattered her (although I like her dark as well). Fine, I'll admit it.. Lindsay looks amazing with any hair color! Leaving the salon in gray skinny jeans with a blue tee, white bag, black tophat and gray blazer, I can't wait to see this new look upon completion.
