Chelsea Boi Collection Bags by eenamaria

Making her first mark in the design industry at the young age of fifteen, Sarah Morgan was the first female to compete and win a theater lighting design award at a Canadian A-Level School.  From an early age, Sarah was interested in Art and Design.  Her father, who was in the British Royal Air Force and went on to writing comedy for British television, inspired Sarah to delve into the artistic life and to explore the world around her.

Sarah’s artistic temperaments followed in her father’s footsteps, and she worked as production assistant on his television show in Canada after graduating high school.  She then did stints as a movie critic, weather girl, an intern at David Byrne’s record label Luaka Bop in New York, and a position with Rebecca Wellner Productions.  After a seven year career in entertainment, Sarah decided she needed a change.  Past experiences with her grandmother as a Parisian Fashion Designer brought her to the Pratt Institute where she began studying industrial design.

Sarah’s innate talent for design aesthetic and an enterprising passion for art led her to create the line of handbags known as eenamaria.  Capitalizing on her own free-style way of life, with a strong sense of what a girl on the go needs and wants, Sarah created a brand that is anything but conventional.  With bold patterns, sleek and sexy designs, and a contemporary appeal for this generation’s modern sensibilities, eenamaria is an urban nomad – a life traveler who knows her way even in places she’s never been before.

We received three bags from eenamari’s Chelsea Boi Collection – a Mondrian inspired line made from patent vinyl.  The bags range in functionality from the perfect sized carry-on weekend bag, down to the keys and purse only clutch.

The first bag we received is ‘Take a Walk on the Wild Side’ in white/red/yellow, a tote which retails for $52 and is also available in a black/white/blue combination.

The second bag we received is the ‘Mini Take a Walk on the Wild Side’ in black/white/blue, a clutch which retails for $37 and is also available in a white/red/yellow combination.

The third bag we received is the ‘Girlfriend’s Bestfriend’ in white/black/grey – a wristlet which retails for $19 and is also available in white/black/blue, white/black/pink, and white/black combinations.

These bags totally had me at first hello.  Every girl who has an iota of fashion sense needs to have a set of eenamaria bags.  Note that I said a set, not just one.  These patent vinyl bags are so affordable that you can buy three for a fraction of the cost of one patent leather bag.  The look is super chic and registers very high on the adoration meter.  They’re compliment magnets with their bold colors and sleek styles.

The tote is fabulous for everyday use.  It’s perfectly-sized, just enough to hold all the necessities – not too big that you end up bringing everything but your kitchen sink, and not too small that you’re not able to carry all your junk.  The clutch is a must-have for a night out and the wristlet is just what you need for a weekend errand or outing.  I get compliments on these bags, regardless of which one I’m carrying and what I’m wearing it with.  Speaking of which, here are the types of dresses I recommend with these bags – two piece dress, shift dress, sheath dress, and ponte knit dress.  These bags are accessories in the truest sense, they liven up, embolden, and sexify whatever you wear them with.

If the regular price is not enough to make you want to grab one of every style in the collection, know that these bags are currently on sale so stop reading, and start shopping!
